P.Energy L 150 A is a full automatic PV modules laminator.
Max dim laminates 1450 x 1000mm
30mm thick
P.Energy L 150 A is the best simple solution to encapsulate modules as 5Wp, 10Wp, 15Wp, 20Wp, 40Wp , 80Wp, 120Wp, 150Wp.
It permits to laminate in standard mode using standard cure EVA or fast mode using fast cure EVA.

- Touch Screen Panel in order to program the lamination cycle in very friendly way
- 6 PID Controls guarantee 2°C of temperature variation in all the surface of aluminium plate (0.2°C is optional)

The modules laminated with P.Energy L 150 A pass the spec. IEC 61215 - IEC 61646 - IEC 61730 (exposure tests, thermal, humidity-freeze, mechanical load cycling , thistad mounting surface, hail impact and high voltage isolation).

4. General Instructions and Requirements
Maintenance friendly construction design
Loading and unloading of laminator from both sides (left and right) is possible without any handicap, thus cylinders of upper chamber have to be positioned in right way
DIN-connectors (standardized) for working medium (air, electricity, oil, water)
Changable pins in the upper chamber for easy membrane changing
Easy maintenance/removal of heating plates, clutches within vacuum chamber, fixed lead-through
Wiring of thermocouples within vacuum chamber fixed
No thermal bridges from frame to heating plates/vacuum chamber

5. Operational Safety

Operating safety ≥ 5.000 h/year worked, thus up to 15.000 lamination processes per year performed over 5 years.
