1. Tabbing and Stringing cycle

1st. Station Cells Stack

In the 1^st station there are 2-3 cells stacks, each one can contain up to 500 cells. A vacuum system picks up the cells from one stack and it puts them on the centring station. Every cells stack is provided of a blow air system in order to grant the separation of the cells. When one stack is empty, the stack is changed automatically with a new full cells stack.

2nd. Station       Centring Station
The cell is centred with optical camera

3rd. Station         Ribbon and Flux Station
   In this station the ribbon is unrolled with a motorized system and strechted in order to prevent bowing also at the end of the roll. New improvements are the Bath&Dry fluxant and stress relif band on request.

4th. Station Heating and positioning belt station
After have been doing the centring, the cells are positioned on a belt and blocked and relieased with a vacuum system. In this phase the ribbon is positioned on the cell string which is subsequently moved toward .
The belt has three heating areas whose temperatures can be set with a PID controller in order to preheat the cells (in the first and second area) before the soldering station (in the third area).

5th. Station Soldering Station
In this station the tabs are soldered with the cell string.The soldering station is provided of 2 infrared lamps, whose power and soldering time can be arranged with the control panel.
The two infrared lamps are equipped with a water cooling system.

6th. Station String Stack
In this station the tabbed cells are picked up and carried on the up-down station with a precise suction pad system.
